Welcome to Dukou API (“Dukou API”, “we”, “us” or the “Site”). The service is operated by Dukou Official under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI model API services (the “Service”) we make available at https://dukouapi.com.
By creating an account, purchasing credits or otherwise using the Service, you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) you agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) you have authority to enter into this agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of your organization.
Dukou API provides an AI-focused API aggregation platform through which users can access artificial intelligence models via a unified interface for tasks such as text generation and coding assistance. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.
The Service is an intangible digital product. Access is enabled immediately after payment is confirmed. Because digital services are delivered immediately, refunds are subject to specific restrictions described in Section 7.
The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including but not limited to DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. The Service's performance and availability may be affected by these providers' operational status. We will notify users promptly of major interruptions.
You must create an account using accurate and complete information to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to this agreement.
The Service uses a credit system. You may purchase credits at any time to use the model APIs. For currently available top-up tiers and prices, visit https://dukouapi.com/en/pricing or the Wallet page on the Site.
Each top-up is a one-time transaction. By completing a purchase, you authorize Dukou Official to charge your payment method the amount shown at checkout.
The Service does not offer automatic top-ups. You must initiate every top-up.
Unless stated otherwise, listed prices exclude applicable taxes.
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. We will send a reminder to your registered email before credits expire.
If your account is terminated, unused credits will be retained for 90 days after termination. After that period they will expire and will not be refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Credits that have been consumed are generally non-refundable. The following exceptions apply:
To request a refund, email support@dukouapi.com with your account email and transaction ID. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, email support@dukouapi.com and contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank. We undertake to respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
Subject to these Terms, AI content generated from your input (“Output”) belongs to you. You may use the Output for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 10.
When you submit content to the Service (“Input”), you grant Dukou Official a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your Input to train AI models without your express consent.
The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including but not limited to DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. Outputs may be affected by those providers' models. We do not guarantee the quality of any particular output and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying it before relying on it.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, business automation, research and development.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, published at https://dukouapi.com/en/privacy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation and then deleted.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or the accuracy of AI outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dukou Official will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraud or if required by law. If we terminate the Service for a reason not caused by your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion on a prorated basis. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@dukouapi.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Before commencing formal proceedings, please email support@dukouapi.com to attempt an informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and Dukou Official.
By using the Service or checking “I agree” at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
